Bagman's Bet: Lottery

Ludo Bagman's a shady character at the best of times. Lucky you you've got Fred and George's odds, right? Well if you're feeling lucky, this is the game for you.

Instructions

  • First, save the Lottery Card of your choice onto your computer.
  • Open the Lottery Card in any art program on your computer. Add your name on the name line, and choose 7 numbers. You may circle, block out, color, or edit the Lottery Card any way you please to indicate which numbers you've chosen. Save the changes to your Lottery Card.
  • Upload your Lottery Card to whatever image host you use to upload your cards, and display the Lottery Card on your tradepost.
  • Fill out the form below to have your Lottery Card approved.
  • Once you are approved, wait for a new round of numbers to be called.
  • If any of the numbers I call match the numbers on your Lottery Card, fill out the second form below to receive your prize. If you win cards of choice, include your choices in the Comments section.
  • Once you've received your prize you can discard your Lottery Card, make a new one, or re-use your old one. Just remember that if you make a new Lottery Card to follow the Instructions again from the beginning.

    Rules

  • You can not own more than 5 Lottery Cards at a time.
  • Unapproved lottery cards cannot be used for Rewards.
  • New Lottery Cards cannot be used on the round in progress, but must wait until the next round. (Otherwise you would know what numbers had been called already and could just select all of those). Approved Lottery Cards can gain Rewards from the current round and the previous round should a Student miss when a new round is called. (If you created your Lottery Card after the previous round started obviously you can't take prizes from before your approval).

    Rewards

  • For each Lottery Card you make and have approved you win 1 random card.
  • For matching 1-2 numbers you win 2 random cards and 1 galleon.
  • For matching 3-4 numbers you win 4 random cards, 1 sickle and 1 knut.
  • For matching 5-6 numbers you win 2 random cards and 1 card of choice regular worth.
  • For matching all 7 numbers you win 3 random cards, 1 card of choice regular worth, and 1 card of choice worth 2 or higher.

    Previous Round's Numbers: 8, 9, 16, 17, 23, 27 and 40
