This round's theme is Ice Queen! The complete opposite of last round, eh? The change in the weather and the upcoming holiday season brings to mind some frigid witches. Who do you think is Hogwarts' biggest Witch-with-a-B? Is it Cho Chang? Fleur Delacour? Umbridge? Bellatrix? Blend some of your favorite, cold-shoulder moments - like Cho rejecting Harry's invitation to the Yule Ball - to represent your favorite Ice Queen.
